Bad PTCB book

So I bought a pharmacy tech book online and it seems to be riddled with errors. Let's just say I'm not very happy about it. So during my learning, I'm worried is this right. One of the things it says is that controls and non controls can only be transferred once. I don't think that's right. Please advise thanks

I work at a pharmacy and have heard pharmacists say they can only transfer an rx once.

CIII, CIV, CV-transfer once

CII-no transfer, must take original hard copy
