Can I recertify if my PTCB certification is expired?

I was PTCB certified in 2009 and renewed in 2011. I worked in the pharmacy for 3 1/2 years. My husband is military and when we moved overseas, I let my certification lapse because i couldn't use it there and we thought we would be out of the country for 7 years. We moved back after only 3 years but now my PTCB certification is expired (march 2013). What do I need to do to renew it?

You will have to take the test again. But, if you have some experience and do some reviewing, should be no problem.
