A child is prescribed 1 fl. dram of Anti-tussive syrup, Q.I.D., PRN. The child's father wants to know how many teaspoons should be given for each dose.
A)1
B)1 1/2
C)2
D)2 1/2.
The answer is supposedly C)2 but I don't see how that's possible due to fact that 1 fluid dram is same as and equal to 1 teaspoon and they're saying four times a day so that would be 4 tsp.If anyone can get 2 as answer please walk me through how you got that answer and/or how its possible
